On May 7 and 8, the blue zone in Burgas will be free

On May 7 and 8 (Thursday and Friday), parking in the blue zone of Burgas will be free of charge. The aim is to ease car parking on the days when our city will host the Giro d'Italia.

From May 6 to 9, various restrictions will be introduced in Burgas and the streets on which cyclists will pass will be closed, and vehicles on them must move.

To make things easier for car owners, Burgas Municipality and its partners have set up buffer parking lots where people can leave their cars for free.

From May 6 to 9, free parking will be available at:

- Part of the parking lot of "Metro"

- Part of the parking lot of "BILLA Trapezitsa "

On May 8 and 9, you will be able to park for free at:

- The second floor of the "Grand Plaza" mall

- the parking lot of the "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" Bulgarian State University.

On May 8 and 9, the extreme right lanes of:

- Odrin Street (between "Trapezitsa" and the "Lukoil" gas station)

- San Stefano Street (between "Stefan Stambolov" Blvd. and "Democracy" Blvd.) will also be designated as buffer parking lots.

The parking lot on Gurko Street will be used by the participating teams. Therefore, its eastern part will be closed from May 1 to 9 , and there will be no hourly parking during this period.

Only subscribers with an active subscription in the western part will have access to the parking lot.

You can see an interactive map of the closed streets and the provided buffer parking spaces HERE
