Burgas welcomes EuroVolley 2026 with a festival zone

Bulgaria, together with Italy, Finland and Romania, is hosting the European Men's Volleyball Championship – EuroVolley 2026. Sofia will host not only the preliminary matches of the group stage, but also the round of 16 and quarter-finals of the championship.

As one of the most volleyball cities in Bulgaria, Burgas will pay a fitting tribute to the major sporting event. A special festival zone will be built in the Sea Garden – Volley Village Burgas, where fans and volleyball enthusiasts will be able to support the Bulgarian national team together and watch the matches on a big screen.

After the incredible emotion of last year, when Bulgaria won the vice-world title, we once again have the opportunity to unite around the national team and experience together the most important moments of the championship.

Volley Village Burgas will offer not only live broadcasts of the matches, but also a rich program with music, games, activities, guest DJs and special events for all ages.

A modern stage and a large video wall will be located on site, with different activity areas throughout the day. Food and beverage areas, tables, a mini volleyball court and tents of partner companies will be located in different places.

Program

• Children's games, puzzles, obstacles and prizes with mentors Krum Apostolov ("Games of Will"), Krasi Dzhunov ("The Farm") and Viktor Gogov ("Games of Will"), as well as guest stars from popular reality shows.

• Before each Bulgarian match – live commentary studio with Georgi and Valentin Bratoev with the participation of iconic Burgas athletes, actors, singers, public figures, influencers and other guests.

• Sets by guest DJs are planned every day.

• On days with Bulgarian matches – a musical program with the participation of groups and performers.

• The program and activities will be led by the stage host Svetlozar Bodurov (Power FM).

• Every day – activities of the event’s partner companies at certain times.

• Direct backstage inclusions on the video wall from the hall in Sofia by the SPR producer in Sofia of EuroVolley 2026 – Gencho Genchev.

• Live broadcast of the matches on a big screen.

• The stage program will be broadcast live on the partners’ social channels.
