A new digital service will help Bulgarian and international tourists easily plan and organize their vacation in Burgas. The app is already available for free download on the Google App Store and Apple Store, developed respectively for Android and iPhone. In this way, the Municipality of Burgas is taking another step forward in expanding digital services in the tourism sector. Within a week, an expanded campaign to promote the virtual assistant will also begin.

The city assistant is easy to navigate, bilingual, and with its help you can discover the best of Burgas – events, landmarks, attractions, restaurants, and hotels.

It quickly and easily guides users, who, by answering only a minimal number of questions, receive personalized ideas and inspiration for experiences at exactly the right moment.
