The Avocet Trail is an iconic nature trail and a favourite spot for nature lovers, located along the shores of Lake Atanasovsko in Burgas. Created by the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation, the trail offers a pleasant and educational walk dedicated to the lagoon’s rich biodiversity, with a special focus on the elegant avocet bird.
