Alepu Beach (The Drivers' Beach)
Alepu Beach, also known as Drivers’ Beach, is one of the most beautiful and relatively unspoiled beaches along the southern Black Sea coast. It is located about 6–7 km south of Sozopol, immediately after Duni Beach. To the north, it borders the Duni resort, and to the south—Cape Humata and the Arkutino area. Behind the beach lies the protected Alepu Marsh (Lisicheto Marsh), which is part of the Ropotamo complex. The name “Shoferski” comes from the fact that the old coastal road runs almost right up to the beach—drivers stop right there and step out onto the sand. Length: about 3 km; width: up to 70 m. Only the northernmost section (about 400 m) is managed by the Duni resort and features a paid area with a lifeguard.
