Bourgas Airport (BOJ)

Bourgas Airport has been completely renovated and is state-of-the-art, with a 24-hour capacity to handle up to approximately 50,000 passengers and about 260 flights.
From Burgas Airport, you can take City Bus Line 15 towards Bus Station “South” , right in the heart of the city (see the “In the City—Bus” section for more information). South Bus Station is the main transfer hub for visitors travelling from Burgas Airport towards the southern part of the region. From Bourgas Airport you can catch direct buses to Pomorie, Aheloy, Ravda, Nessebar, Sunny Beach and Vlas.

From there, international coach services operate towards Bulgaria and Burgas.

Bulgaria's capital provides another major international gateway to Burgas - Vasil Levski Sofia Airport is the largest in Bulgaria. If you arrive in Sofia, you can catch the metro line M4 from the airport station to the Central Railway/Bus Station.
