The main building No. 1 was completely renovated in 2015 and has 14 floors, 3 elevators, 80 economy rooms, 26 studios, 18 apartments. Building No.2 was renovated in 2011, it has 3 floors, offers 36 standard rooms, 1 studio and 1 apartment.
