Apart & Rooms Fotinov is a family run property, situated in the city center of Burgas and only within a 10 -minutes walk from the Central Beach and the Sea Garden. It offers comfortable, modern accommodation and traditional Bulgarian hospitality. Burgas airport is 10 km away. The property is a private four floor building and consists of total 10 rooms, budget rooms, double rooms, single rooms, twin bedded and triple rooms, several of them with balcony, a family studio with kitchenette and a triple studio with kitchenette. All the rooms are decorated in bright colours, each equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, high speed internet, small fridge, working deks, a private bathroom with shower and a private key card access. The studios with kitchenette are located on the top floor with a beautiful, panoramic view of the city. Each of them is fully equipped with facilities for cooking, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, kitchen utensils . The room access is on stairs only. Reception hours from 8 am -5 pm Late arrivals are welcome . Personal code access is sent before arrival and upon request. The reception area is on the ground floor, where each morning free coffee ,tea and water are at guests disposal. The hosts offer books for rent from a private library and an information desk with the public transport schedule, city’s sights, events and attractions. The main pedestrian street Bogoridi is a step away. A supermarket, an ATM, a change buro, shopping centers as well as a set of restaurants with bulgarian and international cuisine are in the neighbourhood area. Private parking space is available upon request and availability. Airport shuttle, private transfers and car rental service can be arranged upon request.
