“Summer on St. Anastasia Island – not just events, but summer adventures (PROGRAM)”

The favorite destination—St. Anastasia Island—has prepared a rich maritime palette of theatre performances, opera, concerts, and festivals this summer. The program is artistic and dynamic, offering something for everyone to enjoy.

July arrives with a Greek Night this Friday, which is already sold out, but tickets are still available for the second announced date on August 28. Music lovers should not miss the island’s first concert by the charismatic Rushi Videnliev, who will take the stage on July 11. On July 14, we will enjoy “Gypsy Songs” performed by the Shumen Symphony Orchestra. A week later, Beloslava will gift a starry night to all residents and guests of the city.

On July 25, the musical fiesta continues with “Let’s Listen to Cinema”—an impressive project by the Pleven Philharmonic, awarded the “Crystal Lyre” prize, together with Hilda Kazasyan. The month will conclude with a major highlight: the two-day electronic music festival Bass that Island, featuring international DJs.

In the peak summer month of August, boats to the island will carry you on waves of music with Pif and Ostava on August 7. The next day, Stefan Valdobrev and The Usual Suspects will show us the perfect formula for a summer party.

This year, the island’s birthday celebration will last not one, but three consecutive days! On August 13, the beloved tourist attraction will become a party epicenter with Disco Voyage, featuring a 80s and 90s disco night on the island. On August 14, the stage will welcome the unique duo The Argirov Brothers, followed by the highlight of the celebrations: a concert by Mary Boys Band, bringing the spirit of Burgas summer.

On August 21, one of the most beautiful seaside stages will host Vladimir Ampov – Grafa. We can expect an evening where music blends with the sound of the waves, and beloved songs become even more powerful under the open sky. Papi Hans will once again be part of the emotional soundtrack of summer with a concert on August 22.

For theatre lovers, the Adriana Budevska Drama Theatre has prepared a premiere on July 16 with “When the Cat’s Away”. On July 23, the comedy “All About Men” will make us laugh to tears with Yavor Borisov, Vasil Draganov, and Evgeni Budinov. The State Opera – Burgas presents three outstanding productions: “Love Without Translation” (July 17), “Canzonetti Under the Stars” (July 30), and “French Kiss” (August 6).
