Swimming Pool — Youth Cultural Centre

The swimming pool at the Youth Cultural Centre is an indoor facility operating during the autumn and winter months. For many years it has served as the training venue for Burgas swimming and water polo clubs. Beyond these, however, the pool is a popular spot for sport and leisure among both residents and visitors of Burgas. The facility has a large capacity and, with its five lanes, serves between 200 and 400 people daily. A dedicated lift for wheelchair users makes the pool an excellent place for relaxation, rehabilitation and recreation for people with disabilities as well. The pool is open to the public every day from 17:30 to 19:30, while Sundays are reserved for swimmers' rest and routine maintenance of the facility. The safety of swimmers is overseen by lifeguards and medical personnel, while a qualified technical officer is responsible for the cleanliness and temperature of the water.
