Promenade Villa

Inspired by the exterior architectural French design, we gave the house a new life and called it “Promenade” or “walk by the sea”. After the renovation, the villa is a 5-star accommodation. The elegance and charm of the villa are combined, complemented by the Renaissance sound of the “Secession” style. For the convenience of its guests, the villa offers a sauna, gym, equipped kitchen and outdoor patio. Guests will enjoy the grace and intimate-coquettish character of the villa, inspired by the interior design in the Floreal style. Guests will discover the combination of a place for relaxation and a work area, decorated with original works of art (plastics and paintings). You will feel the love for art as soon as you cross the threshold and meet the artistic canvases and sculptures that come to life in front of you. The atmosphere of the French Secession is recreated through furniture made of natural materials with original design. The maximum capacity of the Promenade villa is 10 people, which makes it extremely suitable for team building and business presentations. It is ideally located with easy access to the central streets, shops, restaurants, cafes, galleries, open-air theater, train station, bus stops, the port and the famous Burgas bridge.
