Festival brings young artists together in Burgas under the banner of Eurovision 2027.

From October 12 to 17, Burgas will be a stage for young talents from various fields of art. The festival of young people in art "Deep Blue Sea" will go under the motto "The Emotion of Eurovision in Burgas", uniting the creative potential of the young generation with the inspiration of one of the largest international music events.

The festival is organized by the Municipality of Burgas and the National Academy of Arts with the assistance of DAS Marina Burgas Hotel. The official opening will be on October 12 at 6:00 PM at the Branch of the National Academy of Arts in Burgas - Magazia 1.

For six days, "The Deep Blue Sea" will bring together young artists, writers, musicians and visual content creators with established artists and professionals. Iconic locations in Burgas and the region will become spaces for creativity, experimentation and artistic encounters - from Magaziya 1 and the Cultural Center "Sea Casino" to St. Anastasia Island.

Among the highlights of the program are creative open-air workshops, literary workshops, a master class for creating short videos and presenting the results. Students from NUMSI "Pancho Vladigerov" will participate with musical performances in the official opening and the closing literary matinee. A concert by students and teachers from the music school is also planned.

Young authors will also have the opportunity to present their literary works, which will be selected on a competitive basis. The invitation is addressed to students from Burgas secondary schools, students from higher education institutions and art branches in the city, as well as to all young people up to the age of 25. The works should be sent to artfest2026@abv.bg , and the deadline is October 12, 2026.

The festival will conclude with a literary matinee, which will bring together participants and the audience in an atmosphere of creative dialogue.

This year's edition places special emphasis on the emotion of Eurovision 2027, connecting the festival program with the international spirit of the music forum and Burgas' ambition to develop new opportunities for creative expression and cultural exchange.

"The Deep Blue Sea" is establishing itself as a space for a meeting between generations, genres and artistic ideas, in which young people not only present their art, but also create new creative partnerships.

The project is part of the program in support of Burgas' candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2032.
