One week remains until the beginning of the historic edition of the Giro d’Italia in Bulgaria. Burgas has the honor of hosting the finish of the first stage and the start of the second stage of the legendary cycling race. The event is being held with the financial support of the Ministry of Tourism.
The Municipality of Burgas has developed and is currently carrying out an information campaign aimed at both the residents of Burgas and visitors to the city.
To ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the event, temporary traffic changes will be introduced from May 6 to May 9. The first video provides detailed information about temporary road closures, traffic changes along the main streets, and the exact route the cyclists will follow on May 8 and 9.

A special promotional video has also been created to present the city to Giro d’Italia viewers around the world. It is being broadcast on Eurosport, reaching an audience of millions. The footage showcases the beauty of Burgas, its impressive views, and the attractions that both spectators of the legendary race and visitors to the city will be able to enjoy. The Giro d’Italia offers Burgas the opportunity to strengthen its reputation as an attractive tourist and sports destination on the international stage.
