Ropotamo Nature Reserve

Ropotamo is the name of a reserve located about 50 kilometers from the city of Burgas. On the territory of the reserve there are many interesting and unique natural sites - the Ropotamo River estuary, the Arkutino swamp, longose ​​forests, various rock phenomena, swamps, marshes and others. In the reserve you can see sand dunes, rocky steep shores and Snake Island - a small rocky island in the Black Sea. In the coastal parts you can observe different stages of the development of the dunes.
