Summer Theater

The Summer Theater is located in the Primorsky Park (Sea Garden) in Burgas. The theater was opened in 1957 and is public municipal property. It is intended for conducting a variety of cultural activities. Traditional events such as the Burgas Music Festival - Emil Chakarov, the International Folklore Festival, the National Contest for Pop Song - Burgas and the Sea (festival) are held there. Burgas cultural institutes are guests there, events of organizations, associations and foundations are held, concerts are held. The Summer Theater has: a covered stage that covers the needs of all technical requirements of events of various nature - stage mechanization with 10 automatic lights, galleries for additional lighting, a large proscenium, lighting towers, a lighting bridge; an auditorium with a capacity of 2150 seats, arranged theatrically, as well as the possibility of standing, good acoustics; equipped base of dressing rooms, lobbies, premises for the preparation and realization of events; technical conditions guaranteeing the implementation of film screenings, television filming and live broadcasts without restriction.
