The "Georgi Baev" Gallery-Museum is situated in close proximity to the Sea Garden and the city centre. It bears the name of one of the most emblematic Bulgarian artists, Georgi Dimitrov Baev, described as one of the "great humanists of Europe and the world." Over the course of his creative career, he staged dozens of solo exhibitions not only in Bulgaria, but across Europe, the United States, Mexico, the USSR, China, India, Indonesia, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Vietnam, Korea, Afghanistan and beyond.
