Burgas Sand Sculptures Festival 2026

Mr. Bean, Paw Patrol, Minecraft and Roblox are now coming to life among the sand figures in Burgas under the hands of 13 sculptors. With a lot of imagination, talent and thousands of tons of sand, the artists will breathe life into the theme "Sand Heroes from the Screen". From fairy-tale worlds and animated favorites to movie characters and characters from popular video games - visitors to the Sand Sculpture Festival 2026 will immerse themselves in a real adventure among characters that have excited several generations of viewers and players. Traditionally, the festival will open its doors in early July and will welcome visitors until the end of September. The location is well-known - "Park Ezero", where every summer the sand turns into art, and imagination has no limits. The Sand Sculpture Festival is among the emblematic summer events of Burgas and is part of the cultural initiatives that support the city's candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2032.
